Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for services that were paid for in advance but were not rendered due to
errors or issues on our end. For example, if a scheduled appointment is canceled by us or if the
services are unavailable at the appointed time, a full refund will be processed. However, refunds are
not applicable once a diagnostic test has been conducted, as the service has been rendered.
If a customer wishes to cancel a service, they must notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Requests for cancellations made after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. Similarly, missed appointments without prior notification are non-refundable.

To initiate a refund, you must submit a written request via email to clinic@akashdiagnostics.in,
including your full name, contact information, proof of payment, and the reason for the refund request.
Once the request is received, our team will review it within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, the refund
will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Please note that any administrative fees incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the payment gateway policies.
